Internet Options
Advanced.
Under Multimedia, there's a box for "enable automatic resizing" which will be checked.

Go to Tools>Internet Options in IE6
click 'Advanced' then scroll down to 'Multimedia'

Make sure 'Enable Automatic Image Resizing' isn't ticked.

if you hover over it
eventually in the right hand corner an icon will appear
click on it, and it will become full size
