My explanation of something simple....
Well, the way proccesors work is that hey have an internal clock...the longer its been since production the slower they run, and they also have a "capping" facility. So when your PC is running slow you have to buy a NEW PROCCESOR which is the same speed as your old one was originally!
I am not allowed to tell you which Intel emloyee told me that, as I do not want R***** K******* to get fired..oops
