Local News (This challenge is now closed)
"And now over to news from your area..." Why do they bother? It's always some shite about a cat stuck up a tree. Tedium is their medium. Photoshop us some of the sort of stories that local news teams spend their sad, sad lives documenting, and stick them on the messageboard.

low speed police chase
Police tried to apprehend a man who stole a cash machine with a forklift truck. The chase reached speeds of up to 3mph. Finally the chase ended when the forklift's batteries ran out. The next time he'll be lifting anything, it'll be in the prison showers.
Believe it or not, this really happened.
