The Romans invented loads of stuff: the alphabet, concrete, even satire and pizza. But what if the web had been around? What would they have used it for? Show us the Roman Internet...

Centurion Adam Hartvs Davus presents:

Arpanettvm, the origin of the internet. Due to the lack of electricity at the time, it used blocks of stacked bricks to simulate either on or off. The static nature of blocks of bricks meant that they didn't go anywhere, therefore rendering the entire system completely useless.
Hartvs Davus' severed head was displayed aloft said bricks shortly after.
