This is a normal post Calpol?
I would have thought that 2 doctors, especially who have been so belligerent in their own defence in public, would be quicker to point out that calpol is just paracetamol and doesn't contain any sedatives.

Or were they too busy trying not to to look guilty to think straight?

Calpol, it's an 'infant suspension' and if used in excess can have very strong sedative effects.

This is a normal post When I used to babysit, a lot of parents would say they had 'dosed them up on Calpol'
so they wouldn't be any trouble... how reassuring, I always thought. I think the doses were generally large...
