not only is he touching his face, as sure sign, he's also looking to his right - which is another subconscious indication - looking to the left is looking back in time to remember an incident that happened - to the right is a sign that you are looking into a fantasy future.

I've read Derren Brown's book. Well, not all of it, I'm stuck on memorising two decks of playing cards. I've only got one, and they are rather fruity, and off putting.

But as Derren says in that book
You can't interpret peoples signals unless you've established a baseline of normal behaviour to compare it to.

I have seen this video though and I did notice the same things.
