I've been a nutty fan of theirs since I first heard Failure in the '90s, but was in a country where I'd never get to se them live. I emigrated and, I've been to a few of their concerts since their reformation in 2010. I actually saw them three times on one tour when I followed them from Sydney to Melbourne - mostly to go to a festival that also featured My Bloody Valentine and Einstuerzende Neubauten.

It was great seeing the reactions of people who weren't actuallythere to see them at that concert, because the volume and intensity of the show was so far beyond the experience of most people that no-one there was unimpressed. I sawa few girls dragging their boyfriends away, but other than that, everyone was just gobsmacked.
