Virtually none of the stuff at the start is real. Not the buildings, motorways, cars, bikes etc. Aside from the actors in the foreground its mostly CGI.

If you watch a US TV car ad it'll say something like "performed by a professional driver on a closed circuit" to stop lawsuits from idiots who emulate whatever the ad does.
