Saying that the civilisation you're happy to inhabit, and whose fruits you're content to enjoy, "has no sense of honour or shame" is a bit off.

Don't have a problem with the religious leaders reminding their flock how to be a good Mussulman; slagging off your adopted society and its inhabitants is rude, ungrateful, superior, divisive, invidious...take your pick.
