Just get a psp, hack it with a custom firmware and install an emulator.

You can play SNES ROMs on pretty much any device available these days...
PC/laptop/tablet, mobile phone, other games consoles...
I picked up a Wii 6 months ago for less than 20 quid, hacked it, added a USB hard drive and can now play loads of retro games on it using a classic Wii controller or Gamecube controller.
