His solicitors have issued a statement saying he was in the USA at the time of the incident. I find this sour grapes and anti American inspired witch hunt rather distasteful, and quite possibly completely unjustified. You jokingly cite the fact that he is a rich, white American and therefore somehow fair game for public vilification and humiliation. Ho ho ho. Were he black, poor and African would you have made the same hilarious joke?
