My 4 year old can think further ahead then Bolton:

Yes, we depend on the Organisation for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons to keep up safe from sarin and the like, to go to Syria and report. But Bolton basically dismembered them because they would not be bought (or fooled) to lie for him in favour of his Iraq war.
Seriously, this guy is totally irresponsible.
