I recommend Shinyokohama Ramen Museum
It's better, really. The cupnoodles one is mostly for kids.

I used to live there;I'm back in Blighty now. I mean, I lived in Japan... not the museum. In a town called Omori - so 10 mins into Tokyo, 20 mins to Yokohama.
Omori is well-known for its little backstreet oldschool "kissaten" cafe's/bars, where they sell very nice noodles, and copious alcohol.
