Hope she makes a bomb off it (alot of money - not a terrorist device)
Although perhaps needs to be a couple quid cheaper and basically every tourist in London should be after one.
26 million tourists visit London - if only 1% of them bought a map then its still worth 1.5 million gross selling it at a £6. Plus the fact that you could probably wholesale to hotels etc. Assuming that it costs £2-3 to make then its a total goldmine especially as its a completely transferable idea to other cities.

It has been patented. And if it hadn't... building a website to publicise it would make patenting impossible in the UK.

this is partly why it is expensive(r) now. Patents do cost a bundle :-(

It's comparable to an AtoZ in terms of price, and - assuming there's an index somewhere there - it looks to be, at worst, just as convenient.
Now do one of Manchester. I'll expect a first draft on my desk by lunchtime tomorrow.

I'm considering buying one, despite me living in the Netherlands and not planning on going to London any time soon. Pretty, clever design!
