Jeremy Clarkson, of all people, using the Human Rights Act, of all legislation, to try and stop people walking past his house ona public footpath.
Good news is, he lost :o)

and mush it past his house with a "Right to roam, Cockface!" banner down the side.
(I'd rather do it in his favourite 4x4 for sheer irony, but this wouldn't be allowed on a, you know, footpath)

It's more that his stock in trade is ranting about interventionist nanny states and bleeding heart liberalism, and then he goes and reverts to the Human Rights Act when he's unhappy about something.
I am conflicted about Clarkson. A part of me reckons it's just a stage persona that he adopts, and that behind closed doors he's actually far more sensible and balanced.
