a) Not pay enough attention/pay too much attention/pay just enhou attention when she wants something to complain about.

b) SOmewhere between 1 second and infinity

c) either way, the foil is rolled out in a double line leaving one side shiny and 1 side dull, doesn;t make a blind bit of difference which side you use.

d) Check your water boiler and set the temperateure there.

e) Lack of advertising and an old fashioned reastraunt design that makes it feel like the macdonalds of up market food chains.
