The first question he asked was "is Crack worse for a person than marijuana". Right. Surely the inevitable progression of his argument spirals downward into troll-ville, bumping into all it's pointy fallacies along the way?

Fair enough, but he does follow up with talking about health and addiction, both well-defined.
He's trying to establish an order of priorities for the DEA. Weed should be lower down than many other drugs if they used health and addiction metrics.

To be fair to him, he's a lot better than some of the other braying fools in government.
