i think the reference is towards the time in the upper right of the vid
it's hopping between eastern and pacific time. thought it might be sneaky edits myself til i noticed the pt/et and as you say it seems pretty consistent.

Pressing someone for an answer is hardly trolling.
There's the whole federal/state legality of medical cannabis surrounding this topic and since the guy's from Colorado (where they HAVE medical cannabis) I think it's pretty important for them to figure out where the DEA (a federal agency) stands on the issue of medical cannabis use. The DEA agent obviously didn't want to make a recorded statement either way here.

Fair enough, but he does follow up with talking about health and addiction, both well-defined.
He's trying to establish an order of priorities for the DEA. Weed should be lower down than many other drugs if they used health and addiction metrics.

To be fair to him, he's a lot better than some of the other braying fools in government.

i just dont get the medical marijuana thing....
i dont think ganja has any medicinal benefits, and i would be amazed if anybody with a docters cert had any medical need for it, its just a blag. they should just make recreational use of it legal and call getting mashup getting mashup and stop pissing about and legalise it world wide.
