That's nothing.
I had a real problem with breathing in car fumes a couple of years ago. I'd go all around my neighbourhood, looking for cars that had just stopped, so all that rich, warm carbon-footprinty goodness was just waiting for me to suck it up -- sometimes for up to four hours a night, when I should have been asleep.

It was exhausting.
