Ain't nature great?1. Standing on the foredeck of the three-masted schooner STS Sir Winston Churchill in a gale. The swell was about forty feet and the sea was grey-green with foam. I can still remember thinking how awesome the raw power of nature is.
2. Lying on a hill at night watching the Perseid meteor shower, listening to The Carpenters singing "Calling Occupants" on my walkman.
