plusI have left numerous books on the tube with only mild regret whereas a rather expensive electronic device would be a much more annoying loss.
In addition no-one has mugged me for any of the books I was reading. Mocked perhaps but not mugged.
Also it's Stalin's dream. Only virtual copies of everything and imperfect human memory. Nothing is real Baudrillard was right. (A bit, probably not about the gulf war.)
