'Cock rating'
Well now that I have your attention...
This is probably a right pain in the ass to implement, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway.

I would like to see each user given three votes to call another user a 'cock' Then you can set your own personal 'cock threshold' to block out users who have been called a cock by x number of people.

Every Monday, the points reset to zero, then everyone can vote again, but the numbers don't kick in til Tuesday, so one day a week you see everyone posting, which lets you judge if people are no longer a cock. But why would people change week to week? Because it tells them right next to their name 'x people think you're a cock'

Trolls will usually get bored if they're being ignored by enough people, so the only way for them to annoy more people, is to be less annoying for a while so that they get fewer cock votes. If/when they kick off again, their votes will go up again etc

Like I said, it'll be a pain in the ass to implement and is probably open to abuse through multiple accounts (voting only available to users of longer than 6 months?), but I'm just the idea man, that's not really my department :)
Of course it also raises issues of the masses policing/judging individuals, but now I'm just rambling.
Oh and I didn't think I'd ever write cock so much in a single post.
