Andalso, whilst I agree with ALL the above, what really gets me about Flea is his moves; why are they not in rhythm with what he's playing?

Try Freaky Styley.They released it in the mid-80s, has a different guitarist who was much more funk-influenced, was produced by George Clinton and showcases some of Flea's best bass licks. Far and away their best, and most underrated album.
Or don't. I don't mind really.
