My boss used to pay me to fuck her daughter.
Only she called it "babysitting." But we all know what she meant

Can a woman not commit rape? I can get a sex change and just go on a rapin' spree...

Under UK law,
"rape" specifically applies to penetration with the penis. So it's possible to commit rape if, and only if, you have a penis.

It seems to have been possible for a woman to be convicted of rape before the 2003 law, though; and Germaine Greer wrote an interesting piece a couple of years ago arguing that the very idea of rape ought to be abandoned on the grounds that it gives a strangely high status to the penis that it really doesn't merit.

You've obviously never seen MY penis

(, Mon 11 Jul 2011, 10:42, closed)
I strongly suspect that Germaine Greer has never seen an erect penis

Rape means penetration with a penis?
At least the colonies have one up on you on something. Here in the States, the laws are state specific. Quote from findlaw.com about Tennessee:

"The crime of rape (or "first-degree sexual assault" in some states) generally refers to non-consensual sexual intercourse that is committed by physical force, threat of injury, or other duress. A lack of consent can include the victim's inability to say "no" to intercourse, due to the effects of drugs or alcohol. Rape can occur when the offender and victim have a pre-existing relationship (sometimes called "date rape"), or even when the offender is the victim's spouse."
