ButterThat one about peeling protective plastic reminds me that I do rather enjoy peeling the foil or paper lids off a new tub of butter or that I-can't-believe-you-think-this-is-remotely-like-butter type spread. I've done this for years, and used to fight with my sister when we were kids about who would get to take the foil off. Actually, I don't think she derived any pleasure from the act itself, just from watching me not getting to do it.
