HmmmmI can't think of any pleasures that make me feel guilty. There are many things I like doing that would probably make the baby Jesus cry, but I don't feel guilty while I'm doing them. Hot, sweaty and a bit sore, but not guilty...
If I really had to admit to something that I'm a teensy bit ashamed of, it's thinking that some of Britney Spear's songs are actually quite good...
