This is a question Gyms

Getting fit should come with a health warning, warns PJM. "In my pursuit of the body beautiful, I've broken three exercise bikes and two running machines, concussed myself and, most distressingly, bruised my testicles." And he's yet to try and get out of his contract...

I went to the gym once
It was for an induction, which was free.

I decided afterwards that it wasn't really for me. Oh I could handle it, but it was a 2 mile bike ride to get there and 2 miles back.

I wasn't prepared to pay through the nose monthly, when I might only attend once a week due to football commitments.

Now, if there was a nearby gym, which was pay-as-you-go I would most certainly go more frequently.

Sadly, no horror stories from me.

Beside, four miles on a bike should be a decent work-out by itself.

My gym's
2 miles away and I walk it :)
MAINLY because the last time I rode my bike i realised it had brakes that didn't work right when I was zooming down a hill and had to slow down to turn a tight corner
I don't ride my bike anymore.
