This is a question Gyms

Getting fit should come with a health warning, warns PJM. "In my pursuit of the body beautiful, I've broken three exercise bikes and two running machines, concussed myself and, most distressingly, bruised my testicles." And he's yet to try and get out of his contract...

There's a wierd freak...
who attends my local gym and she always seems to do the bare minimum on whatever she's doing. She never seems to break a sweat and spends hours in there. On any of the machines she has on only the first weight, then spends like 3 minutes doing 10 reps. When she's on the exercise bike she pedals at the slowest speed possible against the least resistance. I feel like screaming in her face "Why do you bother? Save yourself the monthly fee and go for a brisk walk everyday it would take more effort".

There's also the skull-fuck twins. I like to refer to them this way because they both have eyes that look like they have received occular cavity sex.

I really should put more effort into my own exercise and stop looking at the wierdos but I can't help myself.

Maybe she's ill...

I know what he means though
it always irritates me when I see women exercising with tiny little .5kg pink dumbells.
What is that possibly going to do for you? It requires less effort than almost anything else you'd be doing at home. It's like they're chronically terrified of lifting anything that looks like a weight, might cause them to transmogrify into a butch lesbian named Agnes.

As someone who has lost several stone due to gallstones...
You do need to build up gradually, as you start off very weak after losing all your muscle. You wouldn't put an anorexic on big weights, would you?

Same with people who are post-op (as I will be next month, woo): they need to exercise to gain strength back, but they can't do too much as it'll pop the stitches!

Just a thought...

When I used to swim regularly
there were always 2 women in the pool, pretty 'chunky' girls, who just used to doggy paddle the length of the pool. I could get 4, or 6 if I tried, lengths in in the time they took to do 1. They also used to never stay in their lanes which angered me

if it's not already taken...
"the skullfuck twins" would be a sweet name for a DnB act. Someone else can make that happen, the genre's not my cup of tea.
