I just walked to the gym
only to find that the opening times for a Sunday are different to the ones on the website.
So I walked home again.

In retrospect the hours walk probably did me just as much good as an hour at the gym would have done.

reminds me
of the people who would drive to the gym, and park as close as possible to the door.

FFS, you want exercise? what's wrong with parking a few more metres away?? Is it the wrong exercise????

Or even better, they'd drive there, then spend 30mins on the exercise bikes doing cardio. Why not just ride your bike there? christalmightyshitabrick

Well I used to drive
when I would go on my way to work. I also drive if I am going to then go on somewhere else.
And I used to park really close to the building so my car was in the shade.

But...
You would have done an hours work in the gym, as well as your hours walk, so it was not as good as if you had gone in the gym.
