This is a question Impulse buys

I'm now the owner of a monster trampoline that's nearly too big for the garden. Tell us your retail disasters and triumphs.

This is exactly why I stay away from pound shops.
What did I do with the 500 plastic wallets, the yahtzee set, and the best: a set of coasters that you can put photos in.

Don't go to the poundshop. There's a good reason everything in there is a pound: it's shit.

sorry buddy,
i have to disagree with ye there...Poundland, the Walmart of the single nugget transaction empire, does stock some choice items.

Past purchases include;

a foam camping mat, perfectly good quality
a mess tin, great construction
2m x 1m tarpaulin, fully waterproof
a vesta beef curry, tasty, like a posh Pot Rice (whatever did happen to them)
a pack of 16 kinder bars, lovely and tasty
a mini tripod, great for a £1
a rubber mallet, use yet to be defined
30m+ of door insulating foam tape, worked a bloody treat
3 packets of kings size 'silver' rolling papers, bargain!

i could go on, but im off to poundland for more bargains!

Got to disagree as well
I buy food bags in there, proper ziplock ones and they're better than the press together shitty ones you get in supermarkets for three times the price.
