So, in his honour, how nerdy were you? Are you still sunlight-averse? What are the sad little things you do that nobody else understands?
As an example, a B3ta regular who shall remain nameless told us, "I spent an entire school summer holiday getting my BBC Model B computer to produce filthy stories from an extensive database of names, nouns, adjectives, stock phrases and deviant sexual practices. It revolutionised the porn magazine dirty letter writing industry for ever.

One man's geek is another man's weirdoI have to say that I've been really impressed with the wide variety of madness that is this week's qotw. Some of the posts I've read and thought, "Bloody hell....weirdo alert!"
And then I've got to the ones which border on OCD and thought, "Wow! What a fantastic idea! That's soooo cool!"
So my 'fantastic' is no doubt someone else's 'weirdo'...but it's all good stuff.
I've also been impressed by the sheer scale of knowledge (and occasional ignorance) displayed in these posts.
My word, what a broad church of nutters B3ta is!

I got it wrong...I guessed that "You've all done very well" was from Terry Wogan on the breakfast show when he talks about the Controller of Radio 2.
I now realise he was obviously doing an impersonation from 'Are you being served?'
I know nothing...I don't deserve to grace these nerdy pages.
