I agree completely.
Or at least I would if I had been talking about banning it, rather than making it opt in.

Opt-in is a good idea
However, that brings in the spectre of pay-per-view and ISP tracking. I said in another thread re 'pirating' films that Hollywood has to change its business model or die as people are not going to the cinema like they used to. A friend went to the local flicks last week, 2 adults & 2 kids = £55.00!!

Perhaps they should stop making such fucking dismal films.
Perhaps people are sick of third-rate comic adaptations and shitty remakes.

Oh hang on. No, they're not - people are dribbling retards who love that drivel. As you were.

Are we still taking about porn here?
Because if so, I question your friends decision to take his kids with him...
(, Tue 1 May 2012, 9:00, Reply)
That was the film: '2 adults and 2 kids'
Disgusting.
(, Tue 1 May 2012, 9:00, Reply)
And what do you call this act?

(, Tue 1 May 2012, 9:01, Reply)
Family fun.

(, Tue 1 May 2012, 9:03, Reply)
OK, back to the issue of porn being available to some kids.
I believe I have an explanation which I will present here in a newspaper headline style.

FUCKED-UP FECKLESS PARENTS BREED FUCKED-UP FECKLESS KIDS SHOCKER!

I wish I lived with your simplictic world view, it must make life so much easier.

Most of my simplistic view of feckless parents comes from several years experience in dealing with them.
Those who thought that set attendance times didn't apply to them or their chavspawn. Those that were so spineless their 9 year-olds ruled their households. Those that had never had to use a clock (never been employed) and didn't understand that timetables applied to everyone - I've seen quite a few but not all of them.

Feckless idiots TEND TO breed feckless idiots. The statistics are on my side.

To be honest, I don't know why I engaged with you in the first place.
To avoid doing a Chompy/Swipe thing that annoys everyone else, I've been happily but unobtrusively having nothing to do with you for a very long time and I don't know what made me change that this morning. I thnk I'll just go back to that.
(, Tue 1 May 2012, 9:24, Reply)
Oh please dont!
I feel validated by your scorn and wish to sup from the pool of your Godlike wisdom.

Or not. YMMV

Ha. That's kinda the point though, the joke itself isn't actually funny.
I still love that film about it though.
