If it hosts legal torrents, then as a matter of principle, you're absolutely right it could be up for debate. I thought it only hosted copyrighted stuff?

Anyone can post anything to the site, it's just that the majority of the stuff posted is copyright.But I can use it to host a torrent of a song that I might write, or a piece of software that I created, if I so choose.

OK, interesting point.I suppose what's probably needed is a torrent site that only hosts legal stuff, but who the fuck is going to actually police it?
