There was a woman saying that porn should be banned and that it was clearly easy because Talk Talk said they could do it. And this guy came on and said, "okay, what about the Sun, should that be banned because of the breasts?" and she went "errrrr, well, maybe" and he pointed out that that is exactly why filters don't work because you can't have a maybe.

Cool, I love my iPad, it's only second to my laptop and mobile when it comes to most used gadget...
... and laptop doesn't really count as a gadget, it's a primary computer that I use. The iPad has changed the way I consume information.

Yup, it has wicked music'n'video'n'streaming functions, it's great at that. I plug mine into the doc thing I use it as a radio as I fall asleep.

If I could afford it, I'd upgrade to the new ipad from ipad 1, I'd only go for the 16gb one though.

4G doesn't exist in the UK at this point in time. I've no doubt that apple's move over to LTE will get the ball rolling faster this year..
... but it's a political rather than technical reason why it isn't here yet.

The big thing last year is Cloud... you have access to your entire music libary anywhere you have a connection, and have to be a little bit choosy (limiting it to a good hundred albums or soo) if you're taking it offline. That'll still give lots of room for books, magazines, telly and films.

Yeah', that's one of the bitches, the dock side of things.
