There was a female ticket inspector on my train who looked like a morbidly obese Bo Selecta puppet and sounded exactly like the Meatsafe murderer from Monkey Dust with his voice breaking. It was extraordinary.

I went to see Snap in concert when I was 12 years old. After the show Turbo D (the rapper) came out and was standing in front of the stage as people filed out. I tried to talk to him, and he turned and glared at me like he wanted me to die, then turned his back to me without saying a word. A young black girl greeted him, and he was all smiles, giving her a hug and taking photos. I thought he`d misunderstood something, so I walked over again, waited my turn, and extended my hand to shake his. He didn`t shake my hand and just glared at me like I was a piece of shit. "Ummm, can you sign my cassette sleeve?" He stared right through me, then turned away without saying a word. As I walked away stunned, I looked over my shoulder and saw him shaking hands and chatting with another black kid. I threw out my Snap cassette, and blocked the dickhead out of my mind for 25 years. What a way to build a loyal fanbase! Lol. Not surprised the cunt fell off the map soon after. Maybe he couldn`t stand the fact that 12 year old white kids were listening to his music because he wanted to be hardcore or something. But I also met Ice-T and Ice Cube around the same age and they were cool. They invested a few moments in making a lifelong fan, and I`ve followed their careers closely ever since.
