Lovely!
I reflexively put the words "permanent upkeep" in front of "Victorian" as I have become familiar with their nature through 2 friends who have purchased houses from that era. Whenever I visit them, I always know the first half hour will be spent touring the house and letting them show me what crumbling bit of technology has been properly restored or returned to function.

Sadly all the really fun looking Victorians in this town were converted into multi-student rental properties catering to the college campus they surround.
