Ooh, I member...The present Mrs Pooflake had a portable TV with buttons like that in her bedroom before the dark times...before she met me.
She fashioned a makeshift remote by gaffa-taping two of those fucking long bamboo pole doo-dahs used for growing tomatoes and putting a blob of bluetac on the end. Problem solved.
Resourceful* woman.
