Even though I have worn contacts for about 10 years
and never wear glasses, I still find myself trying to push my glasses up my nose when I am tired.

I do this too.
I normally push the nose bit so when not wearing them often poke myself in the nose. It hurts and I feel silly, then I forget and do it again.
