I spend far too much time on this machine of mine. Will you ever forgive me for living under a rock?

» Black Sheep

My mom's the black sheep.
And I'm quite ok with that. My redneck racist extended family on my mother's side decided to disown my mother after she married my step-father (a wonderful, decent person), a "halfbreed" (Native American/Caucasian), they never had a problem with my biological father who beat my mother while she was holding newborn me, broke her nose 3 times, and abused every drug he could get his hands on.
So now our little nuclear family is the bit that's not included.

» Pure Ignorance

I was at a friend's job
visiting. My friend worked tech support for an internet service provider. I heard the guy on the phone next to us say "The gas pedal isn't working?", and then he put her on speakerphone. Seems an elderly lady was having problems with her computer's gas pedal not turning the computer on. After a while, we discovered that by gas pedal, she meant mouse.

» Shoddy Presents

My great-grandmother gave me, her great granddaughter,
a pair of boy's underoos when I was 10. She gave my brother the same present. He was 14.

» Little things that turn you on

Much like Wombatovic,
I too like being bitten, but a bit harder and mostly in the shoulder area. When we were first together the bf was quite apprehensive about it as he felt he was actually hurting me (doesn't have a problem now though ;-) )

» My Christmas Nightmare

no real nightmares for me
I don't recall any Christmas nightmares...but I do remember one year getting a new Barbie and My Little Pony with a note from Santa declaring that "If you cut the hair on these two, you will never get another one again" (see I had made it a habit of giving them their own new, horrible hair dos)...I never did cut their hair again.

And also one year when I was about 8 or 9, I had measles for Thanksgiving and chicken pox for Christmas (woo hoo).

This year I'm just sick-have been for the last couple of weeks. No insurance or extra cash so I don't know what it is and won't be going to the doctor.
