MarioKart doubledash
A while back I lived with a mate of mine who had a gamecube with MarioKart doubledash, we lived together for about a year and a half and played that game every single day.
By the end, we were unbeatable masters who had come up with theories about 'The Mario God', and how we could curry his favour.
And to concur with the gentleman below who mentioned playing Tetris in his sleep, when I closed my eyes at night I was racing around various tracks, dropping banana skins etc..
That is the greatest game ever made, IMO :D

I was brought up
to pronounce plastic and elastic as eg 'plarstic'.
I was gutted when the northerners won that linguistic duel!
Have to agree with Monty Boyce as well, my parents always felt a bit uneasy letting me watch ITV.. Knight Rider and the A-Team were off-limits.
*weeps for the loss of my childhood*

Company Christmas do
Many years ago I was working up North for a company that leaches off government contracts, ie privatisation. There were about 35 people at the company christmas do but they put a grand behind the bar..
I got VERY VERY pissed, worked my way through virtually every different kind of spirit they had in the place, and then started singing and loudly telling everyone what I actually thought about privatisation.. oops.
Good pissup though :)

» Where is the strangest place you have slept?
Once
when very drunk, I slept on a hard, wooden floor. I woke up feeling the stiffest I've ever felt in my life, with a pounding headache.
Ah, great days, great days..
