Nice Trampy People..
Back in the day, I spent a number of months sleeping rough. It's a long story involving the CSA, needless to say it was pretty shit.
I spent my days hiding in the local library, walking miles and miles to keep warm and pass time and scrapeing together enough change for a cuppa.

Luckily, I wasn't an alcoholic and never got into drugs so It could've been worse I suppose. The winter was a bit poo, It rained all day and was freezing at night (I once slept out in -7), One night after I'd been walking all day I got caught in a downpour on the way back to 'my doorway'. I was soaked to the bone, cold and bloody miserable.

It was then that a fellow trampy person appeared and passed me a voucher for a McDonald's coffee. Not much you may think, but at the time I was the most amazing thing. This guy didn't even know me, and had nothing himself. I turned it down at first but he used the old 'I'll be offended if you don't' line so took it and I sat in McDonalds, dryed out and warmed up.

The guy is still out there on the street. I always give him a few quid and a coffee when I see him. Sadly, he's a druggy and I don't think he even recognises me.

» Random Acts of Evil

Many moons ago..
I used to ride to and from work, (about 7 miles according to Google maps), straight along the coast road.
It was long, straight and boring but every now and then with a tail wind you could really fly along. I did the trip several time in less than 20 minutes.

Until one day.

I was found on the floor just over a mile from home. Laying unconsciousness in the gutter. My face shredded and surrounded by broken glass, my bike broken clean in two. This was about 12 years ago and I still have no recollection of what happened.
I needed 54 stitches, lost a few teeth, LOTS of blood, and plenty of cuts, bruises and was general fucked up for a couple of weeks or so.
Not to be big headed but I was fairly handy on my bike. I could wheelie forever, stoppie all day and rode everyday for fun as well as commuting, so I never accepted the 'you hit someone' theory.
That being said, who ever hit me must have known they did so, I smashed one of their windows!
They're still out there somewhere too.

Be brave..
Back in my youth I worked at a hand car wash which had a nice little office tucked under some large public steps in the corner of a marina.

This little space was also used as a dumping ground by the local council workers. we had old lighting parts, lampposts and all sorts down there. One quiet day in the winter I decided , all pro-active, to clean out the office.

We knew there were rats around the place but we never saw them and it never bothered us, out of sight, out of mind kind of thing. after a while I was left with a pile of old lamppost housings which were giving off the most pungent smell. Upon removing the top of the pile I found a nest made of shredded newspaper filled with dead decaying rats. most were fairly small, but some of the larger one were HUGE things!.

Not wanting to appear 'weak' I waded in. Armed with rubber gloves, disinfectant and a t-shirt over my mouth(no idea what help I thought that would be but hey) The first rat I picked up just fell to bits, It was slimey and stank!. I never thought I'd see grown men vomiting upon seeing some thing, but the chunder did flow that day.

It took me about an hour to fill a small waste bin with dead rats. I was given the rest of the day off for my bravery.. I went home and showered. Vomited. Showered some more, and vomited a bit more too.

» Lies that went on too long

My Results are all lies! lies I tell you!
All of them, GCSE's college the lot. I never went back to school to collect my results and lost my Certificates for my college course years ago.
I've been making them up for 10 years.
