For some reason I can't get the grey to match b3ta grey?

I could never get it perfect either. Just yesterday I noticed how close the two greys are to each other on the color table in Photoshop.

For me, the colours match perfectly.
It's probably the browser: Internet Explorer uses a colour profile for images, changing the colour values of images, but not the background colour.
