Then spent 2 hours cleaning the bloody thing and threw it in the cupboard never to be seen again.!!

There's a shop here called Lakelands, that has a lifetime garantee, 20 years down the line "even if you've just decided you don;t really like it anymore" you get a credit voucher for all the money back.. But they get round the problem by charging 5 time more thean the usual price in the first place.... they've not gone bust..!

It is a kitchen wear shop....
I only went in once, to check the price of a replacement pan for my "remoska" that my parents bought 6 years ago and then gave to me, where the assistant was trying to convince me to get my money back in full and put an extra £30 to it to upgragde to the "Grand remoska"...!! and explained their returns policy ect...!!
