Well, lots of people have had GI effects from NSAIDs (I only included deaths, not hospitalizations)but there are no documented cases of cannabis overdose.
Also, some cannabinoids have been shown to treat asthma and (possibly) cancer, (as well as preventing Alzheimer's), so the number may well have to be negative rather than zero.

Given that cannabis is most often smoked rolled with tobacco I seriously doubt that it has an overall positive effect on asthma
