if the black and white squares are 1 pixel in sizewhat are the green lines, and how do you offset less than 1 pixel?

they're green edged squares is all, very fancy.i'd tried doing one of them tiny ones, but couldn't then scale it up sp the detail could be seen, so I got lazy and did them as squares.
