# Morning sah!
Nowt shite about that. Have a feeling someone's done similar. But yours is still very good.

# Problem:
The image I started with was a jpeg. When I saved it in IR it did so as a psd. But when I tried to preview it in IE it said something to the effect of "JPEG or PNG isn't an animation format, so only the current frame will preview". Then when I tried to save optimised it did so as a jpeg again, and didn't give me the choice of a gif. I had to export as a mov, then import that, and save optimised as a gif. Hence the shite colours. Any ideas anyone?

# in IR
when you finish the animation, then go to show optimised. when you click on the file menu then, you have your normal save and save as options, but a bit lower down is save optimised and save optimised as and that gives you the gif option.

# Ah, thank you.
Hey, Safeway in Crystal Palace are doing macaroni pies! But they're shite.

Wossup with the shoulder?

# it am fucked : (
and no more macaroni pies for me, turns out I'm allergic to wheat
(, Tue 22 Jul 2003, 11:12, archived)
# Nightmare.
On shoulder and pie fronts. Though you could make your own pie using rye pastry. Kind of defeats the purpose though.

# sounds manky
anyway, along with the wheat allergy, it's been discovered that I have a carbohydrate problem - it sends my insulin levels through the roof (kinda like the opposite of diabetes) which mucks up my metabolism and stuff. So I've had to totally re-plan the way I eat. Not easy being veggie - almost everything I was eating before is carbohydrate, I've been making myself ill for years.

# Perhaps the Hay diet might help.
It's about not combining proteins and carbs. There's a few books available, which give various alternatives to bread, pasta, tatties etc.

Edit: I use "The Hay Diet Made Easy" by Jackie Habgood, Souvenir Press ISBN 0285633791

Makes me feel a little better. If you're into homoeopathy, some ledum or rhus tox will help with the pain and possible infection respectively.
(, Tue 22 Jul 2003, 11:02, archived)
# and arnica for any bruising and hypercal for the infection...
or if you're brave Hypericum droplets straight onto the wound...ocuh
