My company has announced a 'restructuring program' along with the obligatory redundancies, and saw fit to call this program 'LEAP!'.

Sounds like an instruction to me, and I certainly will if I find a good enough opportunity. I can't wait for the next phases of the program 'PUSH!' and 'CULL!'
