about a month ago in paris (near les halles I think) there was a McD's closed down with slogans all over it.
Initially I thought it was vandalised, until I saw the posters were printed and placed inside. i couldn't tell what they said other than genrally being not nice abou tMcd's food, standards, and the way they treat their employees.
I guess the french, with their strong worker's rights, ran up against the world's most anti-union food corp. If so, I'm guessing the frnachise was shut down and the staff wanted to tell the city about their treatment.
