(Only make the ||'s into brackets)

remember, its not about the quality of the work, so much as the quality of the idea. and the more you do, the better you'll get.

there is a lovely guide to posting from msn somewhere in the faq. glad you could join us

edit - by the way, in the future, you should save pictures as either ".jpg" ".gif" (or if you're feeling exotic, ".png") so that every one can view them
