Is it as simple as view source and paste into my profile? with some minor html editing of course. I have no clue on CSS

view mine, copy the source into notepad
remove the bits of text that are in my profile, clean it up and then add it into your 'update my profile' bit

and just play with it and the colours, and tables etc...
